A Rock-Paper-Scissors Robot with 100% Win Rate by Ishikawa Oku Laboratory

Students at Ishikawa Oku developed a “Janken Robot” (the name for rock-paper-scissors in Japan) system with 100% winning rate to explore human-machine cooperation systems.

The human hand’s position and the shape recognition is is performed at 1ms using high-speed vision.
